Augusta Bixler Farms records, 1876-1970.

Consists of account books, a ledger, a receipt book for wages, cash books, day books, and other business records dated 1879-1908, when the farm was owned and operated by David Bixler; farm land leases and time and payroll sheets for 1907-1912; and yearly reports, correspondence, and miscellaneous reports and records for 1929-1944, when the farm was held by the Augusta Bixler Estate. Includes research notes and summaries by William Hyde Irwin, Jr. With these are Bixler and Hyde family documents, including wills, letters, marriage certificates, a Hyde family scrapbook, an autograph book, and other miscellany. Family members represented include Elizabeth Augusta Bixler, David Bixler, Harriet Sophia (Hallie) Hyde, William Hyde Irwin, and William Hyde Irwin, Jr.
